CamSweep

18 U.S.C. 2257 statement

Last updated 6 August 2026

CamSweep is not a producer.

We do not create, film, edit, upload, host or store any visual content. We operate a search index of links and live thumbnails served by third party platforms.

Why this statement exists

United States federal law, 18 U.S.C. 2257, requires producers of sexually explicit visual material to keep age and identity records for every performer. The obligation falls on whoever creates and hosts the material.

Who holds the records

All broadcasts reachable through CamSweep are produced and hosted by the platform on which they appear. Each platform verifies the age and identity of its broadcasters and maintains the corresponding records. Any request relating to those records must be addressed to the platform hosting the broadcast, not to CamSweep.

Our position

With respect to any content reachable through this site, CamSweep is exempt as a provider of, at most, transmission, storage, connection or linking services, and is not a producer as that term is defined in 28 C.F.R. 75.1(c)(4).

Reporting a concern

If you believe any broadcast reachable through CamSweep involves a minor, stop and report it immediately to the hosting platform and to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Tell us as well at contact@camsweep.com and we will remove the listing on receipt, without waiting for confirmation.
